Contacting Support¶
If you encounter problems installing or using our technology, you can:
- Check for updated release notes which may address the issue you are experiencing. Release notes are published on Support.
- Browse the Teradici Knowledge Base.
- Submit a support ticket.
The Community Forum¶
The HP Anyware Community Forum allows users to have conversations with other IT professionals to learn how they resolve issues, find answers to common questions, have peer group discussions on various topics, and access the HP Anyware Technical Support Service team. Our staff are actively involved in the forums.

Creating Support Bundles¶
Support bundles include relevant log files, current configuration, license server and operating system information useful for HP Support in diagnosing problems and recommending actions. Your HP Support representative may ask you for support bundles while troubleshooting.

To create a support bundle, run the following command:
pcoip-support-bundler

Find the generated output in zip file format in the following location:
C:\pcoiptemp\pcoip-support-bundle-<date-time>.zip
